Shipping

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship to the USA via USPS and worldwide via Asendia.

Shipping times:

  • Every order has a handling time of 1-2 weeks.
  • Once dropped off, USA orders will take about 5-7 business days to deliver.
  • International orders will take about 7-21 business days to deliver. Please allow extra time as international delivery can be unpredictable.

Damages and Issues

  • If a product gets damaged during shipping, please contact us via email within 5 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Please include your order number and any photos or videos of the damaged item. 

Missing and Returned Packages

  • If your package does not arrive, please contact us via email and we will do our best to resolve your missing package. Once a package is dropped off, we have no control over the shipping process, but we will do our best to assist you in interacting with the carriers.
  • If the tracking number says delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact your local post office as soon as possible.
    • Often times, couriers will scan packages as delivered and then drop them off at a later date.
    • Your post office may also be holding onto your package for an unknown reason.
    • Please also check with your housemates and neighbors in case they may have your package instead.
  • If your package is returned due to providing an incorrect address, you must pay an additional shipping fee to resend your package.
